Do the CLIA and JCAHO requirements for Cytology workload limits apply to a hospital laboratory where 1) only non-GYN specimens and slides are processed and read 2) the slides are read only by pathologists?

Yes...CLIA guidelines still apply. However, only slides that are actually screened by you can be recorded for your workload.
